The opportunity

As a member of the PAS team focused on HR and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support the design and implementation of HR operating models and organizational structures, improve HR process efficiency, manage people risks, support change efforts to help organizations to successfully transition to a future state, and advise organizations on a range of challenges that are associated with a merger, acquisition, divestiture and/or carve-out.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager, you will be a key resource leading Organization Transformation and Change Management ( Organization and Technology transformation projects). In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships.

- Demonstrate technical competence in our capabilities (Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, Operating & Delivery Model Transformations, Process/Policy/Transactions change) and take a practical/business driven approach to solving driven approach to solving complex change projects for the client.

- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people impacts of change due to process transformation or technology implementation/transformation and gaining client agreement

- Serve as a key contributor surrounding change management activities

- Lead organizational change management projects at the unit or department level through diagnosis, design, implementation, and assessment

- Implement change management strategy using situational awareness combined with specific details of the change and the groups being impacted

- Identify potential people side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop plans to mitigate or address concerns

- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans

- Provide significant input to the development of communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder assessments, training plan, and resistance management plans

- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings to relevant stakeholders

- Conduct project management activities such as communicating with team members and other relevant stakeholders, etc. to track project milestones and keep the focus on delivering project commitments

- Determine the impact of organizational change management programs and develop alternative strategies as needed and gain client agreement

- Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow-on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients

- Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively

- Be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions

- Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment

- Identify and effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues

- Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients

- Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, and act as a visible role model for our people

Skills and attributes for success

- Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and communication skills

- Experience in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy and Transactions

To qualify for the role you must have

- Post graduate degree or equivalent with a specialization (India or abroad) from a Tier 1/2 Institute. Degree in Human Resources will be additional advantage.

- 6 - 12 years of experience in leading organizational transformation (including design) and change management (Operating model based, technology based) with ability to guide engagement and communication, learning and development, performance management etc.)

- Relevant professional experience, including for example previous work with a global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)

- Experience in driving large/mid-size tech transformation projects in SAP, S4 HANA, Workday, and other ERP/Technology systems.
