EY - Manager - Internal Audit Analytics

Essentials :

Business - Experience in Audit analytics at a financial services company or similar experience is preferred.

Tools and techniques -

- Must have SQL Server experience

- Must have data visualization experience (preferably Qlik or Tableau)

- Data mining and manipulation experience

- Experience in RPA tools like UI Path and Blue Prism

- Hands-on experience in one or more Statistical tools - SAS and R (preferable)

- Machine learning, NLP and Python experience would be a plus.

- Knowledge of Self-service analytics, ETL and automation tools (e.g. Alteryx, SSIS)

- Knowledge of Operating system, database and data mart platforms (e.g. Mainframe, UNIX, AS400, Oracle, SQL, DB2, Greenplum, Teradata)

Soft skills:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Displays interpersonal, and leadership ability across all levels coupled with effective problem solving, conceptual thinking, quantitative and analytical skills.

Functional area/ industry, not mandatory

- Preferably from Banking / Insurance

Job Role :

- Conceptualize, design, develop and maintain automated reusable audit analytics solutions for different processes including Internal Audit Robotics Process Automation (RPA), advanced analytics techniques like Machine learning, NLP and other statistical analysis techniques.

- Develop Analytics Based Decision Making Frameworks for clients across Financial services client

- Perform data analytics including data preparation and analysis using visualization tools and advanced analytics techniques.

- Integrate and synthesize information from multiple sources in order to analyze complex data and results, anticipate issues and solve problems

- Requirement gathering and translating it into analytics results

- Displays strong Project Management skills in managing his or her own projects to complete by assigned deadlines and within budget

- Team Management (1-4 resources)

- Client Management

- Support business development and new analytics solution development activities

Academic Qualifications : B Tech from top tier engineering schools or Masters in Statistics / Economics from the top universities or For other graduates/ post graduates/ CA/CMA 5+ years of experience in Audit analytics mandatory
