EY - Manager - CSR Consulting practice - Kolkata

EY is looking to hire a Manager in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility to be based out of Kolkata. The individual will be involved in helping clients with process reengineering, program management, offering high end customized solutions and building relationship with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing key CSR accounts and expanding the business

- Nurturing talent and developing a high performing team

- Project and account management.

Requirements:

- Around 7+ years of CSR/ social sector/research consulting experience

- Understanding of CSR law

- Must be an MBA or Postgraduate (preferably in social science/Policy or relevant area)

- PMP/ Prince 2/ Agile certification would be an added advantage

- Experience of developing business in social consulting space

- Ability to liaison with multiple stakeholders, C-suites, government officials

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Logical and analytical thinking skills

- Sensitivity and understanding to handle large teams
