Corporate Finance & Strategy (CFS) practice in EY is part of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) which focuses on bringing strategic insights into Private Equity and M&A transactions. The services provided by the EY-CFS team range from commercial due diligence, vendor due diligence, market assessment, project/investment feasibility, business plan evaluation, business strategy and planning, synergy evaluation, post merger integration and other vendor assistance services.
Academic Qualification
CA/B. Tech/ B.E with MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background
Preferred
- Experience (post MBA) in management consulting (strategy or market entry growth) private equity research or investment banking.
- Experience in Technology (IT services, Software) or Logistic sector is must.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Generate leads and lead a team on Commercial Advisory engagements.
- Working on engagements across the range of services, with focus on analysis of financial and MIS information on transactions, secondary research, primary discussions with industry stakeholders and report writing
- Reviewing pitch documents, industry notes, scope of work prepared by the team etc.
- Expected to work across sectors on engagements ranging typically from 2 to 6 weeks
- At times, might involve travel out of the base location

- Proficiency with MS-Office (particularly, Power Point and Excel)
