Job Description :
- Work closely with Public Sector clients on Management consulting/Performance improvement and analytics related matters
- Acting as a functional/domain expert assisting team members on matter related to Stamp duty
- Identifying loss of revenue due to short-levy or Non-levy of stamp duty on amalgamation of companies or mining
- Identification of cases in which stamps and registration duty has not been correctly received
- Analyzing anomalies based on market and external information
- DLC rate study and analysis across localities to maximize revenue for the client
- Regular coordination with client for understanding gathering and business requirements
- Regular consulting deliveries in line with client requirements
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Strong Business consulting/Management Consulting/Secretarial skills
- Must be able to deliver results in an ambiguous environment
- Must be a self-starter and be able to understand the larger picture of Business consulting/Performance improvement
- Must be able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change and high volume with constant challenge of multiple deadlines and priorities
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organizing and planning skills
- Excellent skills in excel and PowerPoint (essential)
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written (essential)
- Should have strong understanding of SQL or any Visualization tool (essential)
- Good understanding of Stamps & Registration Act. and Stamp related matters (Desirable)
- Prior working exposure with State Govt./Central Govt. (Preferred)
- Prior exposure of working on Legal/secretarial matters (Preferred):
