About Team:
Lead Advisory (LA) is a SBU within the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. LA partners with its clients to identify the best opportunities and assists them in choosing and consummating the right transactions for their business success. With a dedicated team of professionals in our Lead Advisory business, we offer comprehensive and integrated solutions to our clients, and assist them in aligning their transaction and business strategy to drive shareholder value and stay ahead of competition.
This team provides specialist lead advisory services on the following:
- Capital raising - private equity; structured funding
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Divestitures
- Joint Ventures/Strategic Alliances
- Capital Markets
Academic Qualification
- CA or MBA (preferably from a premier institute) with a good academic background
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with:
- Private equity / venture capital firms/Investment banks
- Industrial Experience
The candidate should have:
- 3-8 years of relevant post qualification experience
- Experience in closing end to end deals (must have)
- Be well aware of rules and regulations that apply to transactions (funding, M&A)
- Be a front line, client interfacing person
- Have good working experience of financial analysis and strategy
- Leadership skills
- Strong Financial Modeling & Analytical skills
- Strong market network and relationship building skills
- High initiative and drive
- Maturity and ability to handle the pressure
- Positive attitude and high commitment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
