Job Description:

- Must come from client facing consulting background (at least 2-3 years)

- Experience of 5-9 years

- Preferably has worked with technology/captives/product organizations as an employee or serviced as consultants

- Preferred skills/experience: Operating Model Design, HR Transformation, Change Management, HR Process Re-Design (Must Have)
