Knowledge - Business Process Management (BPM) - Senior Analyst

Job role:

This position will be part of a GDS Business Process Management (BPM) team. This team member has the primary responsibility for designing, modelling, testing, and implementing EY's process knowledge. He/she will also be responsible for analysing, validating, verifying and managing requirements needs for existing and new projects. He/she will have strong, front-line consulting experience with any of the process analysis/modelling tools including Signavio, iGrafx, ARIS Architect/Business Designer, ARIS Business Simulator, ARIS for SAP and IBM BlueWorks.

Job responsibilities:

Key Result Areas:

- Responsible for designing and developing industry specific process models that can be used to support EY's pursuits and accelerate project delivery

- Support industry leaders and practitioners with the design and development industry-specific value chains and business process classification frameworks

- Play key role in requirement gathering/process design workshops with large groups of SMR's and business teams

- Design and create end-to-end process models using EPC and BPMN modelling standards

- Analyze and improve business processes in Signavio, iGrafx, ARIS or IBM BlueWorks based on experience

- Apply common enterprise architecture (EA) practices and develop EA related assets

- Actively develop and enhance EY BPM methodology-including modelling standards and conventions

- Maintain a pulse on leading practices/trends around business process management, EA, modelling standards, etc.

- Consider various possible courses of action before taking or recommending further steps, when routinely faced with problems that have not been encountered previously

- Successfully participate in complex, virtual, and onsite teams in a matrix environment

- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to lead others in a directed effort to complete projects

- Report status of assigned tasks and adhere to Project deadlines

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to conduct face-to-face and virtual Trainings on Signavio, iGrafx, ARIS and IBM BlueWorks Platforms.

- Sound working knowledge of MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word

- Willingness to travel international, if required

Education:

M.B.A. or related Master's degree preferred

Preferred Certifications:

BPM tools certification like - ARIS Certified Professional

Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA)

Basic Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience with expertise in BPM tools like Signavio, iGrafx, ARIS or IBM BlueWorks

- 3-5 years of recent experience, in areas such as: Business Process Management capability and process strategy, business process analysis, business process design and modelling, business process improvement, KPI and metric development, BPM tool deployment, etc.

- 3-5 years of EPC and/or BPMN 2.0 modelling experience

- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks-including TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF, etc.

Preferred Technical Qualifications:

- Experience in managing Signavio, iGrafx, ARIS/ IBM BlueWorks configuration: Methods and Conventions (Databases/workspaces, Models, Attributes, etc.)
