Your key responsibilities - Proven project/program management experience from Talent Acquisition &amp; Sourcing- - Established experience in recruiting specially Analytics or Technology domain - Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills - - Experience delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences - - Ability to deliver successful programs/change management from conception through business case to implementation, measurement and ongoing management - - Experience cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions - - Bachelor's/PG Degree or equivalent work experience.
