Primary Responsibilities :
The Manager will manage teams of FAAS professionals during engagements covering a broad spectrum of SAP Treasury areas. The individual will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Planning and leading the development of tools and methodologies for project delivery for SAP Treasury implementation
- Designing SAP Treasury solution and leading the implementation engagement
- Leading meetings and interviews with client treasury personnel
- Overseeing end-user training and support
- Building long-term relationships with our clients to discover their unique goals, ambitions and needs
- Managing the development and management of the relationships with external and internal (EY) clients
- Managing the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies
- Managing other ad-hoc internal initiatives geared towards improving our group's efficiency, effectiveness and integration with other service lines
- Handling proposal development process for prospective SAP Treasury engagements and support in presales as required
- Overseeing engagement planning, budgeting, execution and management
Qualifications, skills and experience:
To qualify, candidates must have:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), ACCA (UK) or MBA with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the following areas:
- Prior experience working in SAP in a S/4 HANA environment
- Experience or knowledge of Financial Accounting components of SAP is a plus
- Experience to either of SAP Treasury components (Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Bank Communication Management) is a must
- Experience in SAP Treasury and Risk Management and Cash and Bank Management module.
- Demonstrated experience with a global corporate treasury or consulting business
- Strong sales, presentation and client management skills
- Strong training and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage a team and to establish credibility as a trusted advisor with clients
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex information in a concise and clear manner
- Strong executive presence and ability to interface with all levels of management (EY and clients)
- Strong project management and organizational experience
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% to 80% of the time
