EY - Financial Management Expert - CA

- We are looking for independent Finance consultant with Post graduate qualification in Financial Management or cost/ Chartered Accountant with around 10 years overall experience and 5 years of experience in multilateral funded (such as ADB, World Bank, etc) infrastructure projects.

- The candidate would be hired for project basis. The candidate will have to work from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. 

- Candidate available for immediate joining will be preferred. The candidate having experience on working with government will be add on advantage. 

Some of the key responsibilities are:-

- Establish the project financial management system;

- Prepare financial management guidelines and operating instructions, prepare financial and accounts manuals, disbursement claims and other related financial documentation;

- Conduct on the job training of Finance staff

- Undertake financial viability analysis for the subsequent tranches.

- Undertake financial and economic analysis of sub-project components proposed for implementation.
