EY - Finance Expert - Government & Public Sector - CA

EY India is hiring for Finance Expert for its Government and Public sector advisory.

EY is considering applications to build the team's capacity at the Consultant level. The Consultant's specific role will vary depending on the project and the sector. Currently, looking for a person for the vacancy in Government and Public Sector for a specific project for a government client.

To qualify for the role you must have :

Qualified CA with 5 years of Government experience in accounting, auditing, statutory compliance, financial planning, transaction advisory, taxation, procurement and bid process management etc.

- Experience in the maintenance of accounts, develop and update projections

- Financial modelling

- Understanding of debt/ project finance/ credit ratings/ ECB

- Review project performance financial metrics and monitor

- Commercial due diligence

- Financial due diligence

- Innovative financing and financial management strategies.

- Innovative method of raising and structuring finances including debt swaps and assign possibilities of public private partnerships PPPs.

- Budget analysis and fund utilization. Coordinate with the different wings.

Project location- Shimla

Qualification- CA/ MBA (Finance) is mandatory

- Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, preparing financial statements, commercial / financial due diligence, M&A etc.

- CA/ MBA (Finance)

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
