EY - Exports Promotion Consultant
We are looking for Export Promotion expert having experience with Government clients. The role requires working with Government clients to provide Exports Promotion.
Responsibilities :
- Knowledge of documentation requirements, acceptable payment terms and mode of shipment for assigned countries.
- Sell company products to established and prospective customers by utilizing telephone and email communication.
- Service all assigned customers, working to resolve problems or service issues they may have Research relevant export opportunities and issues.
- Prepare and implement a weekly sales plan designed to complement goals of territory and company
- Make recommendations for assigned territory in the areas of pricing, credit, delivery, minimums, and promotions
To qualify for the role, you must have :
- More than 7 years' experience in relevant fields & having know how of marketing, international trade & IPR.
- Experience in product quality, various regulations related to export of agriculture products, packaging.
- Storage, transportation, documentary requirements for export driven Agri/allied products, including high value processed food items and perishable items such as fruits and vegetables.
- Should have proven experience in promotion of Agri/ Allied product export.
- MBA/PGDM Masters in relevant field.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client).
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
