EY - eGovernance Solution Expert - Government Advisory

EY is looking for prospective candidates for the role of Senior Consultant in Government advisory having experience in executing end to end e-Gov Consulting project lifecycle and deliverables associated with the same in terms of technologies.

Key responsibilities:

- Support the definition of business requirements, functional, and technical specifications.

- Project management and monitoring configuration and customization, solution development and integration for financial management systems for Government.

- Testing and Quality Assurance.

- Stay up to date with current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business, technology / financial landscape.

- Ability to evaluate vendor packages/tools and assist with vendor selection by facilitating bid process.

- Assist in the project management of system integration projects including development of project charters, project plans, and status updates.

- Define service strategy and roadmap.

- Assist in Program delivery (program management, release management, benefits management).

- Communicate and provide guidance to senior client leadership and teams.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Minimum 10 years of experience out of which 6 years of experience in executing end to end e-Gov Consulting project lifecycle and deliverables associated with the same in terms of technologies.

- Experience in designing e-Governance Solution in terms of Technologies along with infrastructure requirement and procurement.

- Experience in projects preferably in the domain of Financial Management System of Ministry / Department / State Govt. /PSU/Banking from Technology perspective and should have designed the required technologies for the development of solution as well as seamless integration with the other stakeholders.

- Experience in ISO/ CMMI certifications

Qualification Requirements:

- B.E./B. Tech/MCA with specialization in Computers/ Electronics /IT

- Desired Qualification: Post Graduation: MBA / MTech

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Strong Management background and e-Governance experience.

- Strong written and spoken English communication skills is a must.
