Your key responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end engagement delivery/ execution with high quality and timelydeliverables

- Establish robust client relationships leading to better service quality and repeat business

- Demonstrate significant industry/ solution expertise

- Ensure compliance to the firm's standards, processes and policies

- Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality and operational excellence

Skills and attributes for success:

- Expertise in the areas listed - Business Strategy/ Route to Market/Growth strategy/ Digital Transformation/ Go-To-Market strategy/ Market Assessment/ Business Process Re- engineering

- In-depth understanding and experience in the economic and business consulting environment

- Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams

- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist current customer base.

- Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.

- Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

- Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.

- Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients.

- Advanced knowledge of MS basic tools - Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Alteryx

To qualify for the role you must have:

- MBA (preferably from Premier B Schools) with a strong academic record

- 8+ years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed

- Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Channel/Trade marketing, Field sales, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/ transformation, Strategic Cost optimization, Analytical skills.

- In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in the respective least one sector of the following
