Position Summary - The role is in GDS-Creative agency aligned to Global BMC channels team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting BMC tools and technologies (Primarily Adobe Experience Manager tool). The candidate will be assisting global Channel managers in governing the tools, providing BMC marketers training on the tools, will be responsible for user management and vendor communication.
- Ideal candidate will be someone coming from technology background (having experience in Adobe Experience Manager tool management) and having in-depth knowledge of digital marketing, so that they can both manage the tools and guide the marketers on the right technology mix for their campaigns. It would be an additional point if the candidate has experience in supporting any other marketing tool.
Skills required :
Essential skills - Should have extensive experience in supporting Adobe Experience Manager Tool.
- Should have understanding of Marketing platform's data architecture (i.e. how the data is flowing in)
- Should be excellent in communication (Verbal + Written) with cross-border stakeholders
- Should have experience in planning training and giving technical training to larger group of audience of various level
- Should have experience in working with 2 or more different marketing tools/channels used for video, app, social media, email, SEM/SEO etc., by managing user access, vendor communication & conducting necessary training
- Should have experience in Dynamic Tag Manager setup
- Should have knowledge in Email marketing tool and email campaign creation & optimization (requirement gathering/ design/testing/deployment/reporting)
- Manage stakeholders by understanding the requirements, liaising at ease with the customers and vendors in terms of job receipts, complaints, reporting and reviews
- Track work pipeline and deliver as per defined SLA & commitments
- Should come from strong marketing technology background
- Should have a strong experience in digital marketing and should be curios to learn new marketing technologies
Desirable skills - Experience in end-to-end email campaign management work
- Experience in collaborating and working with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful digital campaigns
- Experience in basic HTML coding and database knowledge
- Experience in marketing consultancy
- Experience in marketing analytics using different tools
- Either client side or agency experience in a digital marketing role
Technical Skills/Tools skills Essential - Content management tool -Adobe Experience manager

- Experience in Video management & publishing tool like BrightCove, YouTube etc.
- Sprinklr (or similar social media tool)

Deliverable - Skill set evaluation comparison
This initiative of skill set evaluation will be rolled out only for the Operations team at this point. Screening by the recruitment team using this evaluation matrix and interview questionnaire will be done during the next phase which would be post the successful implementation of the initiative across all the operations team within BCS.
