Educational Background: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech - any domain) is mandatory. - Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institution is mandatory Professional Experience: - 4-15 years of experience in the defence sector, with a focus on procurement, offset management, or policy advisory. - Familiarity with government defence procurement processes, defence production policies, and offset guidelines is essential. - PMP is preferred - Experience in consulting or strategic advisory roles is an advantage.
