We are looking for entrepreneurship development expert having experience with Government clients. The role requires working with Government clients to provide entrepreneurship development expertise in Agri related projects for the state government.
Responsibilities:
- Identify critical operational, legal and financial barriers to entrepreneurship
- Map relevant entrepreneurship support and resource networks and facilities in the country.
- Produce report with recommendations on how to most effectively remove or depress barriers to entrepreneurship and better utilize available development opportunities.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- More than 7 years' experience in entrepreneurship development, including appraisal of project proposals, feasibility studies and understand the business plans of enterprises and provision of handholding support is desirable.
- Experience in promotion and nurturing of social enterprises, producer companies, co- operatives, small agricultural enterprises are required.
- Experience in working with Govt funded projects is desirable
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM or equivalent including PG in agriculture business management.
Ideally, you'll also have:
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
