Help clients accomplish objectives by assessing district level situation; developing and presenting strategies and plans.
1. Travel to assigned districts for the purpose of creation of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs)
2. Monitoring of existing schemes at assigned divisions and districts
3. Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements
4. Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them
5. Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
6. Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing
7. Making recommendations for improvement and presenting findings to client
8. Implementing agreed solutions
9. Developing and implementing new procedures or training
10. Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
11. Arrange for or provide training to people affected by change
12. Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed
13. Replenish knowledge of industry, products and field
Basic Requirements:
1. MBA Degree holder with atleast 5 years of work experience
2. Experience of working with Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) - (Minimum 2 years)
