- Exposure to strategy development and implementation, process improvement, performance measurement, digital transformation in 1or more competencies - Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Analytics, Digital Marketing, Innovation / Digital Transformation
- Ability to analyze and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner
- Help clients in outlining innovative solutions and drive change
- Must be able to communicate well with all levels of the organization from team members to senior leaders

- Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Expertise in SQL, visualization tool, advanced data analytics (good to have)
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- B.Tech / B.E. from Tier 1 under-grad school and/or Full time MBA / PGDM from Tier 1 B-school
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, with 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Must have demonstrated strong analytical skills across academic and professional experience
- Preferably a Masters grad (MBA/MS)
The selected candidate will be responsible for client delivery on one or more projects. This may include aspects such as project planning, delivery, providing recommendations, getting client buy-ins and ensuring closure of all work streams independently as per internal quality standards and within the agreed timelines.
