Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :- Certification on SF Compensation Management & Learning Management Solution Mandatory
- Good experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module
- 5 to 11 years of experience in SuccessFactors with at least five End-End-To Implementations in LMS & Compensation Management
- Experience in Integration with BizX, HRIS Sync and I content and Proxy Configuration
- Experience in SF Compensation and Variable Pay with minimum 1 project in SF Compensation
- Hands on experience in LMS Reporting BIRT/PRD
- Good experience in Connectors, Properties of Connectors, System configuration, Custom column, APMs, various tools available in LMS
- Experience in connecting with 3rd party LMS content providers (TACO, SkillSoft)
- Experience translating client business rules to technical business requirements
- Experience in Integration with CDP
- Good experience with different types of Items, Prerequisite/substitute items, Catalogue, Curriculum, Period based Curriculum, Scheduled offering, Collection, External links, Quiz, Exam, Survey, Assignment Profiles
- Experience in Validate LMS (VLMS)
- Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Results-oriented
- Experience defining, implementing, and supporting business processes
- Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and Support.
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
- Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
- Need to be a team player
- At least 15 years full time education B Tech/BE/BCA/MCA or MBA HR
- Passionate about SAP, ready to learn and grow
- Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants
