Collectivization & FPO Development Consultant

We are looking for FPO development expert having experience with Government clients. The role requires working with Government clients to provide FPO development expertise in Agri related projects for the state government.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality production inputs, such as seeds, fertilizer, and insecticides, at an affordable wholesale price.

- Provide members with custom-hired production, post-production machinery and equipment based on requirement.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- More than 7 years' experience in promotion and nurturing of Producer Organizations, aggregators/collectives/ Cooperative federations at different levels.

- Experience in promotion of Collective/ Producer Organizations in more than one sector/filed would be a plus e.g., a Professional who has promoted/ overseen the producer organizations involved in agri commodities and a animal husbandry/fruit and vegetable sector would be a plus

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM or equivalent including masters in extension.

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
