Job Description :
- Strong knowledge of Process Transformation skills and the ability to review.
- Analyse and enact change to significantly improve the outcomes for businesses and customers.
- Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities which may leverage innovative technologies such as Business Intelligence, ETL, Workflow, Machine Learning and Robotics.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process improvement solutions using end-user innovative technologies including Alteryx. Qlik Sense, R-Studio and/or Python.
- Proven experience 3-5 years (ideally, a banking institution).
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Experience in implementing reporting solutions that utilize core infrastructure such as data warehouses, calculation, and reporting engines in the Financial Services Industry.
Desired Skills and Qualifications :
- B.Sc/Btech/MBA finance/CA/or masters in banking and finance
- Ideally with analytical specialization in finance, computer science or engineering
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
