Key Skills:

- Should be able to perform duties of a BA and PM

- Proficiency in Agile

- Stakeholder Management

- Strong transformation PM Skillset with BFSI experience mandatory

- Must have handles large scale transformation or change management projects in global banks

- Hands on Working Knowledge on Project Planning, Estimation across cross functional teams

- Should have experience in managing senior stakeholders around banking clients.

- Managing the RAID Log and lead the governance meetings

- Experience in project tracking, risk monitoring, release management

- Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methods

- Experience in leading governance activities such as steering committee, Project status reporting, taking ownership of critical issues through to resolution
