The business representatives that aims to improve the overall customer experience.
- Understand the vision and purpose of Programme and finance reporting strategy along with current reporting landscape.
- Liase with business finance teams to design the future reporting strategy in regards to Cost Transparency (includes gathering standard reporting requirements, expectations from standardised & automated solution etc).
- Design business requirement document (template) and capture detailed business requirements based on various discussions held with key stakeholders.
- Establish coordination between core finance data platforms, Tech teams, data visualisation teams, Finance SMEs and business stakeholders to ensure solution is scalable and delivered as per expectations.
- Work with the Project Manager to update on key milestones, flag off key delays / bottlenecks, developing test and implementation plans, etc
- Propose solutions to solve strategic, tactical, structured, and unstructured business problems, e.g. cost transparency amongst the others.
- Organize periodic sessions with senior stakeholders to drive value creation culture, explore collaboration opportunities, generate requirements, and provide updates on the progress
- Facilitate roadshows, create effective comms etc for stakeholders and users at all levels to demonstrate progress / achievements of the team.
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 6+ years overall experience preferably in Financial Services industry
- CA/MBA/MCA/Any other bachelor's degree
Essential Skills / Personal Characteristics:
- Exposure and good understanding of financial services domain.
- Reporting / MI Visualisation experience, with the ability to map data across a complex technology stack and document associated requirements.
- Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment.
- Ability to learn and quickly get familiar with a complex business and systems environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally to arrive at a solution.
- Must have an eye for detail and analyse/relate to the business problem in hand.
- Ability to develop & maintain good relationships with all business and systems stakeholders.
- Self-motivation is essential, should demonstrate commitment to high quality solution.
- Ability to discuss both business and related technology/system at various levels.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills and proven working experience in project management.
- Outstanding analytical skills including analysing data, workflow, user or stakeholder inputs and ability to convert it into business outcomes.
- Good knowledge of reporting tools such as OBIEE, Tableau with understanding of different types of reporting, storytelling using visualization, etc.
