EY - Business Analyst - Financial Crime

- Require 3 to 7 years relevant BA experience, proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, Stakeholder management, Change Management

- Understanding of Financial Crime / CFT (Sanctions Screening, AML etc) is required

- Experience in Sanctions Screening / Screening Product configuration / Tuning is preferred.

- Strong documentation skills (BRD / User stories / FSDs / Use cases / Impact assessment etc)

- Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and experience in tools such as JIRA, Confluence

- Support BAU Business Operations team in handling change requests, product configuration changes, Impact assessment, Daily/Periodic MI reporting, Issue Management, Functional Testing

- Experience in SQL and MS Excel is a must

- Experience in Payments / messaging protocols (MT/MX), XML will be an added advantage

- Ability to listen, think, analyse user requirements and implement quick solutions
