- Provide an objective, data-backed look of the actual state of processes covered as part of the Process Transformation track within F1nance2023 program.
- Analyse & outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for each of the defined process
- Document the desired future state of the process that underpin functional thought leadership for an evolving business
- Support creation of a resource plan - highlighting the current availability, engagement pipeline and additional resources required for both initiative of Strategic or Tactical nature
- Support creation of Business case for all Strategic Initiatives to be picked up as part of the Process Transformation track
- Document in the standards of measure i.e. Key performance indicators within each process category
- Work closely with Project manager/s and change leads
Experience and Qualifications
- Background - 8-10 years of work experience in financial services industry with proven experience of leadership within the transformation of a business including significant personal contribution to the success of the initiative and the measurable impact on customers, employees and performance
- Communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of influencing and motivating others at a senior level to achieve results and exceed targets. Ability to communicate complex and emotive topics to different audiences through a range of written and verbal methods
- Demonstrable experience in: Automation (Digital etc.), Operational Excellence approaches and methods (Lean thinking, Process excellence, System & Management Thinking), Performance Analytics, Performance Management, Service Delivery, Operational Change Management etc
- Proven project and programme management experience and ability to deliver results in a fast paced and energetic environment
- Excellent stakeholder and influencing skills, including collaboration, communication, negotiation of deadlines and requirements, management of expectation, recommendations, quality of outputs etc.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering on conceptual briefs provided by an internal or external stakeholder
- Strong familiarity with finance operations, technology and infrastructure ecosystem that underpins process orchestration, digitisation, automation deliveries
- Understanding of the agile delivery lifecycle
Education:
- First degree level Chartered Accountant / (Bachelor's degree) or equivalent
- Desirable: MBA and/or consultancy experience
- Knowledge of the financial service industry
