Job description :
- Source and attract top talent for all service lines across EY GDS (India), by creating innovative strategies to locate niche skills and talent.
- Define and set the sourcing plans for specific service lines based on the open requisition received from the recruitment team.
- Providing strategic input on talent pipeline building and augmenting the talent pool. Key responsible for closing leadership positions
- Focus on external marketplace and provide external marketplace expertise/knowledge to the sourcing team
- Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements.
- Manage the company's image in the marketplace.
- Contribute to the strategy for building competitor intelligence.
- Identify and analyze the potential of new sourcing opportunities.
- Developing of high quality talent pipeline and utilizing market insights to influence sourcing plans
- Stakeholder management with the recruitment leadership to review and define sourcing needs and develop sourcing strategies to meet short, medium and long term requirements.
Desired Skills & qualifications :
- Minimum of 7-10 years of total experience in recruitment, preferably with financial services/KPO.
- Should have done sourcing for leadership hiring for at least 2-3 years
- Must be well-versed with the new age sourcing platforms like LinkedIn etc.
- Should have excellent networking skills for connecting with passive candidates
- Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives when circumstances change, and seeking out responsibilities beyond the job.
- People management experience preferred
- Excelling communication skills & stakeholder management.
