- Champion process excellence across the Set key operational targets, deliver and exceed key revenue quotas while showcasing quarter on quarter growth

- Build and deliver a focused L&D strategy for the Inside Sales team eg - (discovery calls, deal execution, negotiations, etc.) and improve behavioral skills needed for the sales force (effective communication, problem-solving, time management)

- Develop key tracking metrics and continually assess sales and talent performance.

- Lead the creation and operationalization of a strong talent acquisition strategy for the inside sales team while providing a rigorous onboarding experience and feedback for continuous development

- Set, achieve and exceed key upsell and cross sell targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve results (B2C Sales, Upsell and Cross Sell, Partner, and Marketing leadership and e-commerce channels)

- Inside Sales vertical: Interface with various groups to help improve the overall sales process as well as drive the strategic initiatives of the sales group

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA or equivalent from top tier global/ national B school

- High integrity professional with ability to build and inspire trust across verticals and build strong relationships at all levels

- 10+ years of experience in B2C retail sales or other relevant Inside Sales & call center management experience, with a track record of quota over-attainment

- More than 5 years of leadership and managerial experience

- Entrepreneurial mentality, self-starter, and consistent achiever

- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, presentation

- Ability to spot, mentor and coach talent and develop them into well rounded professionals

- Ability to provide inspirational leadership to a young sales force and ability to develop a strong culture of achievement and drive core company values

- Experience in the B2C Inside Sales for Ed Tech / SaaS sales force and managing call centers a plus

- Proficient in lead management and order management systems

- Willing to travel up to 30-40%
