Job Role: Functional Lead of Human Resources Vertical
Job Overview:
An indicative list key roles and responsibilities of the successful candidate include -
- Managing the end to end HR function that includes performance & talent management, career progression, learning & development, employee engagement, strategic partnering for business processes.
- Responsible for conducting large scale recruitment drives to ensure Extramarks is fully equipped to meet business priorities at all times
- Should be able to implement human resources strategies by defining HR department KRAs & KPIs encompassing talent acquisition, records management, employment processing, compensation, training and development, employee retention, compliance and employee relations.
- Responsible for assisting enabling human resource strategies by researching and identifying human resources challenges, contributing high impact solutions, doing analysis and recommendations to assist organization strategic thinking and direction.
- Responsible for enhancing and/ or development, implementation and enforcement of applicable human resources policies and procedures.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Responsible for implementing annual performance appraisal process in order to ensure timely completion of performance management cycle.
- Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance that helps in retaining talent.
- Assessing the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets.
- Should be able to support senior management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
- Dynamic and innovative leaders who can create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, setting clear team goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Fulltime MBA/ PGDM from a reputed Institution with minimum 10 years of professional HR experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resource operations and legal regulations & hands-on experience in all aspects of HR management.
- In depth experience of Learning & Development, Talent management and Organization development practices.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience in successfully implementing large scale recruitment drives.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
