ETL delivery manager

- Managing clients, owing requirements, and design

- End-to-end responsibility for delivering CCM Solutions & implementations

- Lead the team consisting of Specialist, Developer, Operator, etc. to solve the business problems and lead end-to-end delivery

- Ownership to ensure the proposed design/architecture, and deliverables meet the client's expectations and solve the business problem with a high degree of quality

- Lead one or more projects at a time, based on the role and time commitment required for the project

- Partner with Senior Leadership team and assist in project management responsibility i.e., Project planning, staffing management, people growth, etc.

- Work in tandem with global counterparts in planning and accomplishing planned activities, identification or risks, and mitigation strategy

- Build relationship with client stakeholders and lead presentations related to project deliverables, design brainstorming/discussion, status updates, innovation/ improvements, etc.

- Lead the delivery process across 3-4 client engagements helping to deliver world-class business and technology solutions

- Experience in delivering at least 1 data warehouse/data lake program on cloud technologies is a must.

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, and implementing Data processing solutions

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience on any ETL technology (focus on fundamental knowledge instead of tool knowhow)

- Strong experience in data modeling
