External Benchmark Analyst - BFSI

Currently this would entail primary responsibility for Coalition & secondary responsibility for McLagan Surveys in the provision of key performance benchmarks used comprehensively in the IB Institutional Client Services Business. In particular share of wallet & revenue performance. This is an extremely high profile metric domain that contributes into client & people performance. The successful candidate will be required to have complete expertise covering the Survey methodologies & process in additional to superior knowledge on data, infrastructure & the Businesses being supported. To such the role is high profile, high impact & operates in a high pressured front facing environment. In addition, during Survey downtimes, responsibilities will also include undertaking ad-hocs & projects servicing the broad IB institutional client franchise. The successful candidate will report into the US located external benchmark KPI lead as well as the local India IB Client lead.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Be the main point of execution and production of the submission and reporting of standardized results

- Innovate - Identify potential risks in current processes and respond with improvements as knowledge base develops

- Maximize integrity of Survey data involving reconciliations between internal client data & the Survey submission requirements requiring quarterly signoff

- Collaborating closely with RAS colleagues to ensure Global consistency and ensuring rapid sharing of best practices on reporting Survey results

- Ensuring documentation of all processes & reports maintained

- Undertake RAS IB Client servicing of ad-hoc requests & bespoke client MI projects

- Demonstrating attention to detail required in ensuring completeness & accuracy in both the submission & reporting of an extremely high profile & impactful data benchmark

- Work closely with external benchmark KPI lead to ensure production & development of Survey reporting & analysis delivers maximum data driven decision making within the Businesses

- Be the secondary coverage for the McLagan Survey
