Recommended by best of doctors, their products are available across wellness stores and e-commerce websites, and selling like hotcakes - having sold over 20000 packs in their first year itself.
As the Exports Sales Manager, your responsibility will be to sell products to buyers outside the country.
You will also achieve sales targets for export markets and deliver exceptional service to customers, and to develop long-term customer partnerships that result in increased sales and margin growth.
What you will do:
- Overall development of business in new and existing markets/countries
- Identifying new and untapped markets within the regions, and identifying distributors to provide an organized entry into these markets
- Mapping market potential, opportunity identification, secondary research to work out market attractiveness
- Building the annual market plan that delivers the annual revenue and distribution goals for the Export portfolio
- Developing robust management processes that facilitate the monitoring and control of volume, revenue and profitability for the market entry
- Communicating clearly to the team on the key priorities for the market and each of the different channels and customers and ensuring the Distributors actions show a clear understanding of the priorities
- Servicing the exports clients in terms of orders/ production updates, new development updates
- Monitoring and analyzing secondary sales of distributor periodically and working out schemes and promotions for the retailers in consultation with the distributor
- Communicating information on competitive strategy and tactics to direct supervisor and key Wholesaler personnel
- Good understanding of export documentation, procedure and export logistics
- Managing Pricing through multiple channels
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Demonstrable experience of 5 to 10 years in export operations in FMCG
- Require good functional exports relevant knowledge, export related regulations, export Benefits and logistics etc.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skill
- Strong communication skills and business development skills
