Job Profile:

- Formulating and executing export sales growth plans per Distributor per Region with focus on key markets of USA, Canada, UK, Middle East, Europe and Australia including New Distributor Markets for all product categories - Instant Mixes, Ready Meals, Open & Eat Desserts, Ghee, Spice Mixes & Namkeen.

- Analyzing and Tracking performance of overall Exports - per Distributor, per Region and per Product Category to ensure business growth and provide management with inputs, gaps and solutions.

- Identify growth opportunities within the categories present as well as expand into new categories as per strategy

- Manage different cross-functional teams to ensure business execution as per the Company Goal and Export Business Plan.

- Should have handled US, Canada, Europe and Middle East markets

- Working with family own business will be added advantage
