Job Description :


- Responsible for the sales of architectural hardware products abroad(SAARC and Middle East).



- Penetrate the international FMCD market for our client and establish product awareness and gain market share via distributors/dealers.

- Our client is a leading player in the Indian architectural hardware solution product manufacturing space. They have shown significant growth in the last few years and are constantly looking to build their sales team.

- They are well equipped with an in-house R&D centre which supports multiple manufacturing units in India as well as abroad.



- Our client has one of the largest product range in the architectural hardware space.


Description

- Manage the exports business vertical for our client, grow into the position of exports head (reporting into the MD)in the span of 6 months to 1 year as the incumbent retires from the organisation.

- Increase the business penetration in SAARC and Middle east for our client initially then target western Europe and North American market as well.



- Key focus on distributor network development in SAARC and Middle east.



- Drive exports revenue which currently comes only from project sales to distributor/channel sales(as being done in domestic market), which will lead to organic growth for our client abroad.


Profile :

- MBA with relevant experience and deep exposure to FMCD/Building material/power tools/architectural hardware product sales.

- Candidate should have good exposure to distributor development and establishment in export market.



- 10 to 15 years of experience in Export sales.



- Preferably should have prior knowledge of the architectural hardware/power tools industry.



- Candidates from Cement/Glass industry are NOT preferred.



- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.



- Strong Team management skills.
