Export Marketing Head - Oncology Finished Products - US European Market

About the role:

We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven person with excellent communication skills.

Your goal will be to foster long-term relationships with clients to spearhead our growth strategy into global markets as Export Marketing Head.

Possess excellent knowledge in fundamental concepts of international trade, experience in logistics, negotiations, compliance and operations with an in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, familiarity with current import/export laws, and the ability to work well independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for business development in global markets for bulk drugs/API's.

- Studying the market in the target countries.

- Establish a monthly production and product registration plan.

- Export documentation: Prepare and manage documents such as packing lists, invoices, and certificates of origin, tenders and other requirements and documentation of the Ministry of Health.

- Logistics: Arrange transportation, negotiate freight rates, and ensure the products are delivered on time.

- Compliance: Ensure the products meet the standards of the importing country and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Market research: Study the market in the target country to identify new markets and business opportunities.

- Sales: Develop sales campaigns, negotiate sales terms, and meet sales targets.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, distributers and suppliers.

- Customs documentation: Manage customs documentation and ensure that all shipping, handling, storage, and customs fees are billed correctly.

- Administration: Manage orders, contracts, and other legal requirements.

- Team Leadership: Manage budget and resources.

- Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to key stakeholders.

Special requirements such as travel, evening work etc.

Key skills and experience required:

- Graduate; Master's in Business Administration / International Marketing with Export Experience of more than 10 years in Pharmaceutical Companies.

- Analytical skills and the ability to work with data.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team.

- Experience with writing and delivering presentations for business collaboration.
