Our Company is a leading manufacturer of tread rubber, committed to delivering quality and innovation to our global clientele. We are now expanding our international footprint and seeking an experienced Export Manager to lead and grow our export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand market presence for tread rubber, with a strong focus on the US market.
- Identify and evaluate potential global markets and customers.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to assess product demand in various countries.
- Analyze export trends to identify growth opportunities.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and international stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all export-related inquiries and concerns.
Technical & Commercial Support:
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical and commercial support to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Export Operations & Compliance:
- Manage all export documentation in accordance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
- Stay updated on trade laws and ensure export activities comply with relevant regulations.
Logistics & Coordination:
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient and timely shipping.
- Work closely with shipping partners and freight forwarders to optimize transport routes and costs.
- Resolve shipping or logistical issues as needed.
Sales & Performance Monitoring:
- Set and achieve export sales targets.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery conditions, and terms of sale with international customers.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field.
- 78 years of proven experience in export management, specifically handling US-based exports.
- Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in managing export documentation and international logistics.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
