Export Manager - Animal Health

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achievement of at least 100% of the exports budget for brands & countries/geographies assigned.

2. Prepare and develop business strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share of the respective brands in the countries.

3. Distributor management and further development / review of distributors network & relationships.

4. Aiding sales efforts by training field staff on techno - commercial aspects, meeting and developing important customers in the respective countries.

5. Develop proper feedback / monitoring systems/MIS with the relevant stake holder's viz. regulatory, products supply, etc.

6. Continuous tracking and analysis of competitor activities in the respective markets.

7. Analysis to identify new product opportunities and prepare their launch plans to coordinate with local, regional & global stake holders.

8. Adherence to contractual, compliance & regulatory matter in assigned geographies.

WHO YOU ARE

1. Science Graduate/BVSc/MVSc preferably with MBA and having at least 4 - 6 years- experience in international business/ exports in Animal Health Industry.

2. Strong communication & networking skills.

3. Partnering skills, strategic thinker and analytical abilities.

4. Thorough understanding of the market & competition.

5. Cultural sensitivity.
