My client is a part of a large Indian group with interests across pharma, textiles, trading, minerals & mining with operations across Asia & Africa. They are setting up a state-of-the-art, plant-based, sustainable manufacturing company, corporate office based at Mumbai, with the largest production capacity in its category in the world.
The role requires candidate to:
1.Must have good understanding about bio-stimulants, bio-fertilizers, organic fertilizers being sold in the domestic and global markets
2.Understands the cropping pattern of global markets, seasons to map the product requirements
3.Should have good understanding about competing players, their product profiles, USPs looking to our portfolio
4.Understands the market trends, product portfolios, analyze and support of enhance our product portfolio
5.Should have good negotiation skills, develop, and drive the pricing for export customers
6.Good understanding about regulatory requirements of different countries, exposure of the export consignments, documentation etc
7.Collaborate with other functions and work jointly in different projects to meet our goals
The Candidate should be:
1.Prefer MBA in International Business with exposure to exports of bio-fertilizers, bio-stimulants, or specialty fertilizers
2.He should be willing to travel looking to requirements of export customers
Should have good communication skills to coordinate with international clients
