Job description :

Financial Planning Analyst will serve as a key :

- To analyze financial status by assimilating, monitoring & studying data & recommend actions

- To support independently for comparing & analyzing actual results with plans & forecasts

- To reconcile transactions by comparing & correcting data

- To create and maintain database by Macros, VBA & SQL coding for Financial Reports & Analysis entering, verifying, and backing up data

- To support topline/revenue analysis process by providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques

- To increase productivity by developing automated financial excel models & applications coordinating information requirements

- To protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

- To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed as Ad-hoc projects

- To support team as being interface between regional cross functions (including Sales) & senior management

- To partner with responsibility for reporting & defining financial & operational metrics that lead to decision making

- Having good analytical skills with the ability to connect the drivers to the financial impact and summarize the analysis appropriately based on the audience

Desired skills & experience :

- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in MNC

- Masters in business finance or PGDBM from reputed institute

- International exposure is a must

- Ability to effectively collaborate across the organization and build strong and productive relationships

- Maintain the trust & worthiness though confidentiality & data management

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills

- Manage well time & accuracy
