Exponentia.ai - Client Partner

Client Partner is a high impact Senior Management role responsible for managing and growth engagements with DataLabs customers in India. The role shall manage multiple accounts and will be driving revenue targets.

Primary responsibilities include:

- Planning and Growing the Client Relationships

- Shall be responsible for conceptualizing and building business cases in the area of Data Intelligence (AI + Data + Cloud)

- Ensure High Client Satisfaction Rates through Engagement Management (driven through the tech team)

- Conduct Regular Engagements / Workshops with Client teams

- Provide Brand Visibility across client Organization

- Evangelize Exponentia's offerings across various Industry Bodies

Essential Functions of the Job:

- Working with the leadership team, develop account plans and relationship enhancement strategies. Execute on the plan, track and report progress.

- The individual with techno functional background shall be Data Intelligence Partner for the Client Organization and go to person for all the engagements in these areas.

- Should be able to conceptualize / visualize business solutions and deliver customized presentations articulating progressive value proposition to the executive level audiences and ensure success capitalization on opportunities.

- Should be able to deep dive in the ongoing projects and resolve issues if any.

- Responsible for managing revenue targets of around a million

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal relationship management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment

- Demonstrable ability of interacting with senior leadership (Partner / Director level)

- Ability to work within a matrix and virtual environment - where a "one size fits all" may not be sufficient.

- Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment

- Culturally sensitive, capable of handling interactions with a "global mindset".

- Knowledge of businesses areas - AI, Data Science, Big Data, Analytics, Data Engineering is a must.

Supervision Responsibilities:

- The role is primarily an independent contributor role; however, the individual shall work with cross functional teams.

Other Requirements:

- Experience in account management, strategic operations and project management

- In-depth knowledge of offshoring / shared services global industry and operate model

- Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills

- Professional Consulting work experience is desirable
