- We are seeking an experienced SEO/Digital Marketing Expert with a strong background in B2B engagements, specifically within the IT service industry.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing the full cycle of digital marketing activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and driving brand visibility.

- The primary focus of this role is to attract potential customers and generate qualified leads through effective digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to attract potential customers and generate leads.

- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

- Perform keyword research to identify relevant industry-specific keywords and optimize website content accordingly.

- Optimize website structure and content to improve organic search visibility and rankings.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and algorithm changes to ensure compliance and implement effective SEO strategies.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

- Identify target companies and decision-makers within the IT service industry for prospecting.

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and nurture them through the sales funnel.

- Utilize various online platforms, databases, and tools to identify and engage with prospects.

- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion and customer acquisition goals.

Content Marketing:

- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to engage the target audience and establish thought leadership.

- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and industry reports.

- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to generate valuable and informative content.

- Promote content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and industry publications.

Social Media Marketing:

- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.

- Create and curate engaging social media content, including posts, articles, infographics, and videos.

- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and inquiries, and manage online reputation.

- Leverage social media advertising and targeting capabilities to reach and attract potential customers.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

- Utilize web analytics tools and marketing automation platforms to gather insights and make data-driven decisions.

- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to the management team.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and increase effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as an SEO/Digital Marketing Expert in a B2B setting, preferably within the IT service industry.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation.

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and buyer personas in the IT service industry.

- Proficiency in using SEO tools (e., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and marketing automation platforms.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
