Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Consultant with deep expertise in the Specialty Chemicals & Agro-Chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and driving business growth. This role requires strong industry knowledge, market intelligence, and strategic sales planning to expand our footprint in the domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in domestic & international markets.

- Identify and establish new business opportunities by connecting with distributors, B2B clients, and industrial buyers.

- Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation.

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies for long-term business growth.

Market Expansion & Client Engagement:

- Expand market reach by targeting key industries such as agriculture, pharmaceuticals, coatings, adhesives, and food processing.

- Develop relationships with existing clients and new potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.

- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring profitability and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Act as a key liaison between the technical, R&D, and production teams to align product offerings with market demands.

Branding & Marketing Initiatives:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to different customer segments.

- Work closely with digital marketing & branding teams to create impactful content, product brochures, and promotional materials.

- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

- Utilize LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and digital channels to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Product & Industry Expertise:

- Provide insights on product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions for specialty chemicals and agrochemicals.

- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's capabilities.

- Work with the R&D team to gather customer feedback and assist in product innovation & development.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide regular updates to the management team.

- Provide weekly/monthly reports on market dynamics, competitor activities, and sales performance.

- Recommend strategies for pricing optimization, distribution efficiency, and customer satisfaction improvement.
