Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Expertise: Experience in recruitment, either in-house or with a consultancy.

- Customer Coordination: Manage the full recruitment cycle including understanding requirements, liaising with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers to successful closure.

- Collaboration: Must be an excellent communicator, able to effectively collaborate across teams.

- Individual Contribution: Handle end-to-end recruitment responsibilities independently.

- Technical Skills: Strong background in recruitment and selection processes, along with proven negotiation skills.

- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
