- Maintain media relations efficiently, lead the development of public relations strategies, and lead the team to complete work tasks efficiently.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of products and brands, and able to continuously explore the potential needs of users based on the status information of competitors. These capabilities should be clearly presented in the PR plan.
- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing important information presented by the media, and establishing a public relations crisis management mechanism including crisis warning and handling.
- Develop public relations strategies for the company's key projects and cooperate with the brand team to plan marketing strategies.
- Able to plan, brainstorm, and spread creative brand communication events. Have excellent copywriting skills and communication skills to reach more target audiences.
- Establish a local media resource library for media relationship integration. Establish a network of contacts in new media and traditional media, able to complete the company& various brand activities and effectively implement.
- Track the latest developments of the market and competitors. Summarize and analyze the marketing effects to provide decision-making basis for products and operations teams.
- Efficiently manage PR agency and motivate them to ensure that they can deliver high-quality jobs on time.
