- Internal Control over Financial Reporting

- Preparing and reviewing technical, accounting and auditing memorandums

- Evaluating accounting of complex financial instruments Key

- Preparation of financial statements to ensure financial statements is in Responsibilities compliance with Ind AS.

- Supervision, guidance and preparation of consolidated financial statement and separate financial Statement under Ind AS, IFRS and IGAAP.
