ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement a comprehensive strategy that advances the practice's vision and goals.

- Service Development: Innovate and develop consulting service offerings to meet the evolving needs of the hospitality industry.

- Practice Growth: Spearhead the growth and development of the consulting practice, ensuring its sustainability and profitability.

- Solution Building: Design and construct tailored solutions for client proposals that address unique challenges and opportunities.

- Talent Development and Management: Identify, develop, and retain top talent within the practice, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

- Customer Consulting: Lead customer consulting assignments, delivering exceptional service, and establishing long-term partnerships.

- Collaboration and Integration: Engage closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Solutioning teams, to secure business and achieve customer satisfaction.

- Thought Leadership: Establish and maintain a position as a thought leader in the hospitality field, contributing insights and trends that influence industry direction.

- Business Development: Actively pursue new business opportunities, expanding client relationships and enhancing the practice's market presence.

- Intellectual Property Management: Develop and manage the practice's intellectual property, ensuring its alignment with strategic goals and market demands.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- With 12+ years of experience driving business transformation / problem solving using new age technologies for Hotels, Hospitality aggregators, OTA or related customers.

- Experience of working atleast 2-3 geographies among US, UK, Europe, Asia & ME

- Thought leader with knowledge of future of hospitality Industry and how Technology can play pivot role in transforming the Industry

- Thought leader, collaborative, self-motivated, Communication skills

- Deep knowledge of various technology solutions for CRM, PMS, Event Management system, Loyalty Management system.
