We are currently seeking a Financial Modelling Expert, reporting directly to GL
Manager to join our F&A team based in Noida.
Max Budget : 20 lacs
- The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving financial models to support strategic decision-making within the company.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in financial modeling, a deep understanding of accounting and financial principles, and excellent communication skills to convey results clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities:1) Design, develop, and maintain financial models to support strategic decision- making within the company
2) Finance stakeholder of an initiative to program a business plan model with a team of data scientists
3) Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify opportunities for improvement
4) Work closely with finance and operational teams to understand financial modeling needs and provide tailored solutions
5) Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders
6) Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You:

Profile (Skills, Experience & Qualifications):
(i) Must Have:- Chartered Financial Analyst with minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modelling
- Should be able to work in a rapidly changing and high-pressure work environment
- Good understanding of valuation methodology
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Deep understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in data analysis and using financial modelling tools such as Python, Excel, VBA, etc.
- Knowledge of accounting and financial management software such as Oracle, etc.
(ii) Nice to have- Working experience in the oil &gas sector / EPC Industry
- Good knowledge of MS office, like excel, Power point &word
- Ability to extract various Dashboards related to project in terms of costing, cash flow, Manhours etc.
- Strong statistical & analytical skills, with proactive and inquisitive mind
- Ability to handle multiple projects, assign and multi-task to meet deadlines
