Employee Engagement Expert
Role Objective:
The Employee Engagement Expert will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new engagement strategy, core channels and best practice guidelines, as well as supporting critical change programs. Work towards creating the organisation a great place to work through a highly engaged workforce
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the Leadership team and business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Drive Employee Engagement initiatives across the company in support of the current and long-term business aspirations.
- To plan, coordinate & conduct employee forums like Open house, All hands call, employee meets, round table with the leadership team etc. Ensure the minutes are collated & shared with respective stakeholders as per TAT and loop closures by communicating the actions to employees.
- Design, Plan & implement employee engagement activities calendar across the company and ensure adherence.
- Leading and/or supporting the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials.
- Conducting Employee engagement, Employee satisfaction surveys, at regular intervals. Analysing the responses to identifying action items and initiating actions for loop closures.
- Establishing and sustenance of organisation culture & values on the employees through various forums & initiatives.
- To facilitate timely, accurate and open internal communication through various channels - Mails, Telegram & What's App groups.
- Effectively driving various interest groups with consistency & vibrance. Making required changes at regular intervals to maintain high interest & energy levels
- Work closely with Managers and employees to identify & execute the 'engagement initiatives of their choice.
- Develop and communicate strategies to retain high-performing and critical employees through focused reward, recognition, and development activities.

- Experience in areas of Social Media, Content Marketing, Employer Branding
