Key Responsibilities -
- Have the obsession to drive a best-in-class experience for customers. Lead the development of the customer-focused product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
- Gather and prioritize business requirements across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders including sales, operations, engineering and customer
- Working with UX teams, business teams, and technology teams to bridge gaps in understanding of the product or service
- Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture
- Identify, assess, track and resolve issues and risks at multiple levels; including both technical risks and associated business risks.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance, and operational support load.
Required Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science required from a premier institute with a Post-graduation in Business Administration from a Top B- School
- 5 years of experience of working along with Business teams in a highly dynamic environment
- Exp with B2B product industry preferred
- Leadership with the ability to influence various stakeholders
- Proven track record of measurable business results
- Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various projects
- Success at innovating in a fast-paced, very dynamic environment
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences
- Capability to deal with ambiguity
